Consulting the Head of the Department – given the links in the production of school exercises and to keep film crews together, it is only possible to go for a stay following a discussion with the Head of the Department. The preferable option is to leave during the extended 3rd year of a bachelor’s programme. A stay can be undertaken without limitations during the master’s stage of study.
You may plan a two-month traineeship for July and August. If a student cannot undertake a traineeship of at least 2 months for serious reasons, they can apply for combined mobility under Vice-Rector’s Methodological Instruction No. 2. This involves a shorter stay abroad of 5–30 days and a virtual part of any duration.Finding a traineeship and submitting an internal application – students seek the institutions for traineeships individually. The traineeship should be connected with their field of study or at least with culture / art operations (it may be at a university, public institution, or a commercial entity).
In justified cases, the application can also be submitted until 07/09/2023, but in this case the student will only be placed on the waiting list.
Be aware that your applications are binding. If you decide to cancel an approved trip without giving serious grounds, this may affect the assessment of your future application, if any.
