TRAINEESHIP MOBILITY

1) BEFORE LEAVING

Consulting the Head of the Department – given the links in the production of school exercises and to keep film crews together, it is only possible to go for a stay following a discussion with the Head of the Department. The preferable option is to leave during the extended 3rd year of a bachelor’s programme. A stay can be undertaken without limitations during the master’s stage of study.

You may plan a two-month traineeship for July and August. If a student cannot undertake a traineeship of at least 2 months for serious reasons, they can apply for combined mobility under Vice-Rector’s Methodological Instruction No. 2. This involves a shorter stay abroad of 5–30 days and a virtual part of any duration.Finding a traineeship and submitting an internal application – students seek the institutions for traineeships individually. The traineeship should be connected with their field of study or at least with culture / art operations (it may be at a university, public institution, or a commercial entity).

STUDENTS CAN APPLY FOR STAY ABROAD (PRACTICAL AND STUDY) WITHIN THE ERASMUS+ PROGRAM UNTIL 31 JANUARY 2023.

APPLY BY COMPLETING THIS ONLINE FORM.

THIS DOCUMENT WILL ALSO NEED TO BE UPLOADED TO THE FORM, WHICH MUST BE SIGNED BY THE HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT AND THE STUDY DEPARTMENT!

In justified cases, the application can also be submitted until 07/09/2023, but in this case the student will only be placed on the waiting list.

Be aware that your applications are binding. If you decide to cancel an approved trip without giving serious grounds, this may affect the assessment of your future application, if any.

Admission to a stay – the documents required to be completed:

  • formal letter of invitation outlining the duration and content of the stay
  • participant agreement (financial agreement on granting the scholarship)
  • learning agreement for traineeship
  • travel insurance for the entire duration of the stay – type of the business trip + accident insurance and third-party liability insurance
  • completing an online course in the language of the stay

2) COURSE OF THE STAY

Option of extending a stay – contact the exchange stay coordinator, Petr Michal (erasmus@famu.cz).

3) RETURN

Documents that you need to return:

  • “After Mobility”, the final part of the learning agreement confirmed by the supervisor of the stay – the dates of the stay specified in the document must precisely match the dates in the agreement
  • Completion of the final online language course

Final report – to be completed in an online form. You will receive a link via e-mail.

The above requirements are mandatory as part of the mobility, and if you do not fulfil them you may be required to refund the full amount of the scholarship!
