tuition fees for studying in English study programs

!

The deadline for the tuition fee payment for new incoming students is September 30, 2025.

The deadline for the tuition fee payment for current students is October 15, 2025.

Tuition fees for English-language study programs are determined by the Higher Education Act, the AMU Statutes, the Rector's Decree, and the Dean's Decree.

Tuition fees for the relevant academic year are set by a Dean's Decree, which is issued in the spring of the given calendar year. Dean's decree on fees for the 2025/2026 academic year for study in a foreign language sets the amount of fees for all students in English-language study programs, including students with an individual study plan (ISP) and students awaiting the state final examination.

If a student fails to pay the fee in a timely and due manner under the terms and conditions specified above, the Faculty has the right to interrupt their studies officially in accordance with Section 14(3) of the Attendance and Examination Regulations of AMU. The person whose studies have been interrupted does not have the student status during the period of interruption.

The Rector may reduce, waive, or postpone the due date of the tuition fee for a programme taught in a foreign language based on a student’s application for a review of the assessed fee and, as a rule, further to a proposal of the Dean of the Faculty at which the student is registered, taking into consideration, without limitation, the student’s academic results and social situation. The application must be duly and concretely justified and documented.

Appeals are recommended primarily in cases of interruption of studies, discontinuation of studies, or shortening of the final year of study to one semester, when the state final examination is taken at the end of the winter semester.

Appeals against tuition fees must be submitted to the FAMU Registrar's Office. We recommend using the request form for a review of a decision on the assessment of a tuition fee.

In case of questions, contact the FAMU Regitrar's Office.
