MESSAGES AND PACKAGES AT THE RECEPTION
From the beginning of September, it will be possible to leave messages and packages at the reception, which will thus serve as a pleasant contact point for both students and staff.
From 1st September 2020, it is possible to leave at the reception of the Lažanský Palace:
- Messages - in a sealed envelope on which it is written: name and surname of the addressee and his / her department or workplace.
- Packages - worth not more than 50 thousand CZK, if it is a fragile thing, then in a solid package and the designation "fragile", written on the package: name and surname of the addressee and his / her department or workplace.
The forwarder (may be from FAMU or outside FAMU) of the message or package writes contact details for himself / herself and the addressee in the registration book (he / she may be from FAM, in urgent cases also outside FAMU). Messages and packages can be stored at the reception for a maximum of 48 hours, after which they will be returned to the secretariat of the department from which the leftee is (if it is a person outside FAMU, to the secretariat of the department of the addressee).
