The Assembly of Guarantors

The Assembly of Guarantors is an advisory body of the deans of FAMU (Film and TV School of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague). It serves as a platform for the discussion of study program guarantors (hereinafter referred to as "SP") in matters related to common faculty rules for credit evaluation of subjects, shared subjects, the existence and implementation of subjects in the historical-theoretical foundation, and the collaboration among instructors across different study programs in the field of creative outputs of students. The mission of the Assembly of Guarantors is to develop the study programs in a constructive and substantive manner through debate, ensuring they are in line with the latest developments and knowledge, practices, and scientific understanding in the field of audiovisual studies in the Czech Republic and the world.

The Assembly of Guarantors and the principles of its operation are established by the Decree of the Dean No. 8/2022.
