Password recovery

You have forgotten your password:

1) If it's not urgent - do not call!

Your identity cannot be verified by phone, so we recommend contacting us by email

2) Please write email to heslo@famu.cz with your first and last name, your username if you know it (e.g. - novak03)

3) IT FAMU will then contact you to arrange a way to make the password recovery possible (in person at FAMU, or in online video call)

Password change:

If you wish to change your current password:

1) Start at: https://intranet.amu.cz/heslo

2) Log in with your current username and password.

3) Once logged in, re-enter your current password and follow the instructions to set a new password.
 

Eduroam - Wifi Network

The eduroam Wi-Fi network (hereafter referred to as eduroam) is an international network that allows you, as a student or employee of our school, to connect wherever its signal is available. It covers selected areas of all faculties, the Rector's Office and other locations within AMU, see below. Eduroam also allows other participants from participating organisations to connect in our buildings.
Unlike most other Wi-Fi networks, Eduroam not only has its own specific settings, but also individual login credentials for each user to ensure high security.
There is therefore no shared password that anyone can give you i.e. you must set your own password or use the one you received with your KOS password. The Eduroam wifi password is not the same as the KOS password. Follow both instructions to set the password and then connect to eduroam.
