Vojtěška Dubcová works as an Environmental Ambassador at FAMU and at the same time studies a master's program at the Academy of Fine Arts in the Nová média 2 studio, where she focuses on issues of sustainability. In her work, she focuses on the ecology of relationships and the environment, is a member of the AVU Anti-Discrimination Platform, and participates in the creation of the Code of Ethics.
She works as a co-ordinator of the accompanying program in the Kino Utajeno project and is involved in the production, promotion, and distribution of UNI's Cultural magazine. As a lecturer, she collaborates with the Prague Quadriennale, the 4+4 Days in Motion festival, and is an editor for the online magazine about art in public space ForUM. In these activities, Vojta focuses on topics such as environmental grief, ethics, and sustainability, which he connects with theoretical and practical approaches.
Its goal is strengthening the environmental agenda, inspiring pedagogy and students to act sustainably, and integrating ecological principles into everyday life and film production.
