Currently the only bachelor's degree program FAMU offers in English is BcA in Photography. For more info continue to the Photography department website. All the other bachelor's degree programs are taught in Czech. Students looking for undergraduate program in filmmaking should consider variety of the intensive one year courses.

The Department of Photography at FAMU offers students a parallel bachelor program in the English language. The study is structured in a way that in the first two years of the bachelor program the students are introduced to all basic forms of photography subjects – both practical and theoretical. During the school year the students execute several comprehensive art projects under the leadership of their mentors. During the third year, the knowledge acquired is perfected and the students get ready for the bachelor exam, which consists of a practical, as well as a theoretical part.
