Extraordinary situation associated with the COVID-19 epidemic: the operation and functioning of the Rectorate with effect from 1 March 2022
Further to the currently promulgated Government measures intended to slow down the spread of the coronavirus infection, I hereby lay down the following rules for the operation and functioning of the Rectorate to be effective from Tuesday, 1 March 2022 until further notice:
1. All employees shall observe the rules of wearing respiratory protection in common areas of buildings and whenever involved in contact between two or more persons.
2. All departments shall continue providing their services to the full extent.
3. A supervisor may order employees to work from home for one day a week. All employees who work from home must have their fixed telephone lines redirected to their mobile telephone numbers. For redirecting, it is necessary to dial “0” at first; should there be any problems with the redirecting, make sure to contact the PC section.
4. The deadlines for the submission of the documents for clearing as per schedule must be observed. If it is not possible to obtain a fully signed paper version of a document, then documents fitted with a PID must be delivered in electronic version to the respective Rectorate section by e-mail with the explicit approval of the PID as the ordering party/budget manager/chief accountant stated in the e-mail body.
This measure abolishes the measure in effect from 10 December 2021.
