FAMUTEORIE: OPENCALL DEADLINE EXTENDED

The deadline for receiving annotations for the new FAMUTEORIE student conference has been extended to 10 September.

The first year of the FAMUTEORIE conference is focused on theoretical outputs of all kinds from the FAMU environment, ie research projects that you solve (or did as recent graduates) as part of your studies, SGS (Student Grant Competition) grants, final theses or doctorates. If you have an interesting project, feel free to sign up and share your research; you do not have to be a doctoral student or a professional researcher, we are interested in the diverse contributions of students of all levels and study programs. Invited experts, including Lucie Česálková, Sylva Poláková and Martin Ožvold, will take part in the management, which is why we believe that the conference will be a pleasant and stimulating event that will show that FAMU can offer not only films but also interesting theoretical projects.

We organize the conference as FAMU doctoral students, but our goal is to create a common platform for current students and recent graduates across all disciplines who deal with research in various forms. The conference will take place on November 5, 2021 in the FAMU projection room, in the event of a worsened epidemiological situation, it will take place online.

Send annotations in the length of 900 - 1800 characters (CZ / EN) to the e-mail address famuteorie@famu.cz. Papers will be selected by an expert commission, you will be informed about the acceptance of the paper by September 30, 2021. Selected papers can be presented in both Czech and English in the length of 15 - 20 minutes.

We look forward to your contributions.
