Film Daughter won the main prize at the prestigious Japanese festival in Hiroshima
It's only been a few days since we reported on the success of the puppet drama Daughter of a student Daria Kashcheeva in the CILECT competition, and she already has another incredible award. The film won the main prize of one of the most respected animated film festivals in the world, the Hiroshima International Animation Festival, organized with the support of the Association Internationale du Film d'Animation (ASIFA) and in cooperation with the Academy Awards. The win is really big, because the main prize at the Hiroshima festival was won by a film from the FAMU for the first time.
This year, a total of 2,339 pictures from 84 countries entered the competition, and 59 pictures from 32 countries were selected.

The film about the fragility of the relationship between father and daughter, which has already been selected for more than 200 festivals and competition shows around the world, can currently also be seen in Czech cinemas within the animated films of FAMU animated films under the name FAMU in the cinema.
