EUROPEAN EDITING MASTERCLASS 2024
The Department of Editing at FAMU recently organized the European Editing Masterclass, which was a week-long international editing workshop. The event took place from January 15th to 19th and hosted several prominent filmmakers and representatives from prestigious film schools across Europe. The visiting guests included editors Jarosław Kamiński and Milenia Fiedler from Lodz Film School, editor and producer Maroš Šlapeta and filmmaker Roman Kelemen from VŠMU in Bratislava, and animator Lai Kin and editor Patrick Geeraerts from the Belgian RITCS. FAMU was represented by Ivo Trajkov and Tomáš Doruška.
