This is to remind you that PLUS CAMERIMAGE, the International Film Festival of the Art Of Cinematography, is still accepting your entries to the MUSIC VIDEOS COMPETITION. The deadline is 15th October 2009. If you arenot submitting any entries but still would like to reccomend interesting work, please let me know.

The aim of the Music Videos Competition is to recognise music videos as a form of film art and a field of audiovisual innovation and experimentation which is so important for filmmaking. The best achievements in this field will be judged by the Jury with the emphasis on the visual and aesthetic values of an image.

I believe that a presentation of a video at our Festival is a great promotion opportunity not only for the video itself but also for the filmmakers, production company, artist and label. The festival is attended every year by hundreds of cinematographers, directors, editors, other film professionals and film school students from all over the world so …. submit your video and join us!!!

The nominations will be judged during the festival (28th Nov – 5th Dec) by the international Jury with the emphasis on the visual and aesthetic values of an image. The lineup will include music videos produced with the participation of a cinematographer as well as music videos made with the use of various animation techniques. The awards will be presented in two categories:

• Best Cinematography in a Music Video
