As you might know, there's a new platform for European student film

called Breaking Ground (BG)!

A platform? Yes! Because BG isn't just one film festival, one ‘happening’;

BG collects, archives, programmes and screens the best student films for a

number of events (events that are set up by BG itself, events by partner

organizations and last but not least BG's website - www.breakingground.eu)

for all the festivals BG participates in please take a look at our

website, but for now the most important one and it’s deadline:

- For Go Short, International Short Film Festival, Nijmegen (The

Netherlands) 17-21 March 2010, we’re looking for European student shorts,

max. length 40 minutes, all genres, not older than 1 year. Deadline

December 1.

We also offer a limited amount of European student film makers the

opportunity to visit the Go Short campus; a six day event filled with

workshops and lectures.

- For our website and archive we accept all European student films that

have been made over the last 5 years, all genres and lengths allowed.
