Dobrý deň, posielam Vám informácie o festivale Barbakan ,ktorý sa koná v

septembri tohto roku v Banskej Bystrici, kde by sme uvítali aj študentské

práce FAMU, vrámci študentskej súťažnej sekcie.

Posielam všeobecné informácie v angličtine, aj Prihlasovací formulár k

filmom.

*Dear Filmmakers, Schools and Organizations,*

Let me introduce our festival Barbakan

Location of the project: city Banská Bystrica, Slovakia

Established by: OZ Vresk Factory

Duration of the project: 5 days / from Wednesday to Sunday, 23th -

27th of September 2009

We would be pleased if your school could offer us student movies and

be part of Barbakan festival. From each film school we accept 3

movies selected by them / 1x documentary movie, 1x animated film and

1x moving picture/. From each country could be in competition only 3

movies . One in each section. If from one country more film school

will participate then our jury will make a selection and nominated

films. Movies have to be completed in last 3 years /2006-2009/.

An international five-member jury -- renowned professionals in the

filmography field will grant Barbakan Festival awards to the best

documment, animation and moving picture consisting of a trophy. All

awards will be announced at the closing ceremony of festival Barbakan on

the 26th September 2009. Please note that we will accept only fully

completed and signed application forms. The properly filled-in and

signed entry form must be sent along with a DVD to the following
