FESTIVAL DATES:  22 - 27 September 2009

25 FPS is looking for works that explore conceptual and technological possibilities of film and video; works that relate to the tradition of experimental and avant-garde film making in an innovative way; works that reveal new forms of the moving image.

INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION

Submission deadline: 1st May 2009

Entry fee: none

Preview format: DVD

Requirements :

1) Films completed after : January 1st, 2007

2) Maximum running time : 20 minutes

3) Country of production : all countries

4) Screening formats : 35 mm, 16 mm, Digital Betacam PAL, Betacam SP PAL

5) Genres accepted : Experimental

25 FPS VIDEO LIBRARY

All preview DVDs submitted for the Competition will automatically be available at the video library for the professionals. If the author doesn't want his/her work to be available in the library, he/she has to specify it at the end of the printed and signed application form.
