My name is Sophie Mair, I am the Festival Co-ordinator at Encounters Short Film Festival, the largest short film festival in the UK, which takes place from 17 - 22 November 2009.
We are currently calling for submissions and wondered if you would like to submit a number of student shorts for consideration at this year's festival. We do charge a fee how ever if you are submitting 2 or more we are offering a heavily reduced rate, which is negotiable. Please see attached document.
If you feel that you will not be able to submit before 30 June, please still get in touch, as we can offer you another deadline.
I have also attached a short blurb with a small jpeg to include in newsletters and websites.
