AISFF 2009 International Competition

Greetings from the Asiana International Short Film Festival in Seoul, Korea.
We are pleased to announce our seventh aviation, and we cordially invite worldwide short filmmakers to participate at AISFF 2009.
AISFF allows filmmakers and audience to encounter global short films in transformation in the heart of Seoul and seeks possibilities for the popularization of short film as well as carves out its new territory in the present media flooding era.
After the festival in the theatre, shorts of ˇ®In-Flight Screening ProgramˇŻ selected from the AISFF International Competition will be introduced to around 3 million international passengers with their screenings at the in-flight of the Asiana Airlines (AISFF provides license fees for this special screening apart from the awards). AISFF will then provide a great opportunity to short filmmakers as an alternative arena going beyond their local and national boundaries, for greater international audience awareness.
