The Entertainment Society of Goa is organizing 2^nd Edition of Short Film Center during the 40^th Chapter of International Film Festival of India, Goa from 24^th November to 2^nd December 2009. The Short Film Center has two Competition Sections via, International Competition & Vasudha Award for the Best Film on Environmental issues, with a Prize money of USD 26,000 (approx) in total. The call for entries will be closed on 1^st October 2009.
