27+One is a new international short film festival.
The festival will present, each year, a selection of comedy short films from the 27 countries of the European Community, and a selection of films produced in the hosting country.
The first edition of 27+One being funded by the European Commission and supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, will take place in
Moscow between December 4th and 6th, 2009.27+One will present to the public a selection of
