Introduction

Sichuan TV Festival (SCTVF) is hosted by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television (SARFT) and Sichuan Provincial People’s Government, and organized by Sichuan Radio, Film and Television Bureau and Sichuan Radio and Television. The festival has been staged ten times since 1991, becoming one of the most important international TV festivals in Asia.

College and university students are the driving force for the future of the media industry. The competition aims to provide a communication platform between students and the industry, honor excellence and encourage university students to think and create.

In 2009, students actively participated in the competition and entries from 32 territories were received.
