FAMU INDIVIDUAL SUMMER WORKSHOP

4^th – 22^th June 2012

For individuals or small groups of up to 6 participants

Teaching language is English

The program is designed for international students who wish

to develop their theoretical and practical skills through their own projects:

FILMING REALITY - a 10-20 minute documentary film

Any previous skills in filmmaking are NOT required

Runs for 3 weeks of intensive classes including film screenings

The program is divided into 3 modules:

Screenwriting

Directing

Cinematography

The workshop is inspired by the original creative methods of FAMU teachers
