Due to the increasing interest of foreign students (from our partner schools only!) to study on a short term basis at FAMU, we have found it necessary to alter our process of admission in accordance with the rules of LLP Erasmus.

Deadline of submission of application and requirements for 2012/2013

The only deadline for the applications is May 15, 2012. This date serves as deadline for both - fall term and spring term of 2012/2013 academic year - and for one academic year exchange as well.

Results of the application process will be announced till the end of May.

The official Erasmus Application form should be accompanied by a CV and DVD/CD or web presentation of students’ audiovisual portfolio.

FAMU committee will carefully select future FAMU exchange students. Applicants will be informed via e-mail by May 31, 2012 whether or not they have been accepted. The duration of the program is either one semester (please notify clearly if you apply for fall or spring) or one academic year (fall + spring). Please notice that every applicant must be nominated by university coordinator.

Only students from our partner schools may apply!

Courses and language of tuition
In accordance with the regulations of the Socrates/Erasmus program students may attend all theoretical lectures and seminars that are accredited at FAMU. These lectures are common to both the Erasmus and the FAMU International study programs. Participation in practical exercises and workshops is not possible due to lack of space and money.
